## Description

A cheerful chibi child stands slightly right of center, splashing in a large puddle at the end of a broad rainbow that arcs up behind them on the left. The child wears a hooded raincoat with a tied collar, rain boots, and a small backpack. One boot is lifted mid-splash while the other rests in the water, surrounded by small splashes and ripples. Oversized sparkling eyes, a sweet smile, rounded facial features, and simple side-swept hair beneath the hood give the figure a playful look. A few raindrops fall overhead. Clean, bold black line art and rounded shapes create generous open areas against a plain white background, without shading and without color.
